Experience

I have extensive experience as a teacher, including teaching math at the high school level in Los Angeles and on an Arizona Navajo reservation. I've also taught abroad in Kenya and South Korea. During this time I taught math topics ranging from AP calculus AB to algebra. I attended Ivy Tech in Indiana for my accounting degree, and earned a degree in math education at Indiana University. I enjoy working with students individually because I can focus on their unique learning styles and interests to help them become better mathematicians. I'm looking forward to helping students with everything from elementary level beginner math to differential equations and multivariable calculus. When I have free time, I like to hike and read.
